Things must have not worked out as planned. Make sure your order number is handy, the process will be quick and easy so you can be back poolside in no time.
All product must be returned in their original condition. Worn, washed, or unsanitary items will not be accepted.

All products must have the sanitary liner sticker intact.
Returns
We offer no hassle returns on all US orders.
("Sale" items are non-returnable & non-exchangable.)
You can return an order within 30 days of fulfillment for full store credit or exchange. Please note refunds will incur $5 deduction to cover handling costs.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded after we receive/inspect the original product. Your payment method will show the refund within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on on US orders. Sale Items not eligible for exchanges.
You can exchange an order for new product within 60 days of fulfillment or receive store credit.
