Sizing & fit
How do I find the right size / what size should I order?
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our detailed size chart (found on every product page next to the size selections). For the best fit, use a soft tape measure around your bust/chest, waist, and hips. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.
how does your sizing run?
Our sizing generally runs true to size based on standard US measurements.
Many customers tell us our products run true and our Sherpa, Anti Work Pants, Jackets run loose.
Our women's beach pants run a little long.
Check the "Reviews" at bottom of each product page for specifics from our real customer feedback.
Do you have a size chart, and where can i find it?
Yes! Every product has a size chart next to size selections with measurements for chest, waist, hips, and length etc. Measure yourself in your underwear, stand straight, and match your numbers. Pro tip: If your measurements fall between sizes, refer to the model's height/measurements listed for reference.
Do you have a guide for styling / fit?
Absolutely—we include fit descriptions like "relaxed fit," "fits true to size" on product pages. check our Style Guide blog or customer photos/reviews.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? / Can I return items?
We want you to love your purchase! You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (or store credit).
We will cover the postage cost to send your product back.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded after we receive/inspect the original product. Your payment method will show the refund within 5 business days.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. After that window, we’re unable to process refunds.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Do you offer free returns? / Who pays for return shipping?
Yes—free returns within the US on all eligible items! We provide a prepaid label.
For International returns, customers cover return shipping costs, but we refund the original purchase amount.
Please note refunds will incur $5 deduction to cover handling costs.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer free exchanges on all US orders.
Exchanges are easy within 60 days for size, color, or style swaps (subject to availability). We'll issue a new order once we receive your return—no restocking fees!

Shipping & Delivery
how long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 3–5 business days after your order ships (usually within 1–2 business days of placement).
We pride ourselves on quick shipping at Duvin.
We do NO DROPSHIPPING. Every order is packed and shipped from our Florida warehouse.
Expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.
what are your shipping rates? do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.
Below that threshold, rates start at $5-6 domestic and vary by country internationally. Real-time rates show at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient (displayed at checkout where possible). Delivery times and carriers vary by location—track your order for updates.
Where is my order? How do i track?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it to see real-time updates via our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). You can also log into your account > Orders to view status anytime.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday)

How can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP via Instagram chat or email (support@duvindesign.com)—we'll try to make changes. Once it ships, you'll need to return it using our standard process after receipt.
Payments & Gift Options
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in any amount—perfect for surprises. Complimentary gift wrapping is not offered yet, but we are working on it! If you'd like a specific handwritten note written on with your order - please note it at checkout in the notes section.
Product Details & Care
What is your care/washing instructions for your products?
Always check the sewn-in care label, but most of our items are machine-wash cold, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry/hang dry.
Avoid bleach and machine washing on hot/drying on heat.
Are your products true to color? / How accurate are the photos?
We photograph items in natural light in our HQ studio to show true colors as closely as possible. Slight variations can occur due to screen settings—colors may appear slightly brighter/darker on different devices.
