Return Policy
We offer free returns on all US orders.
("Sale" items are non-returnable & non-exchangable.)
You can return an order within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded after we receive/inspect the original product. Your payment method will show the refund within 5 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on all US orders.
You can exchange an order for new product within 60 days of fulfillment or receive Store Credit.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded after we receive/inspect the original product.
Order Processing Speeds
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed, pulled, packed. If we launch a new line or special collaboration - it can take a few days due to large influx of orders.

Shipping Speeds
Please allow 24-48 hours for order to hit the road.
Expedited shipping is available and will be moved to front of shipping lines if purchased.
Orders placed Friday after 4 pm, Saturday & Sundays will be shipped immediately Monday.
If that Monday is a holiday, orders will ship out starting Tuesday.
Tracking Updates
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be registered with the shipping service.
Stolen Packages
Please allow 5 business days after "marked as delivered" for your package to turn up. If it does not after 5 business days from the time it is marked as delivered - please contact support@duvindesign.com and we will provide assistance.
Lost Packages
Stuck In Transit... Please allow 14 business days since your order was placed for your package to be delivered. After 14 business days - please contact support@duvindesign.com and we will provide assistance.
International Shipping
Yes we ship overseas. If you have any questions about shipping cost please type in your “zip code” at checkout and it will estimate shipping for you.
International Returns & Exchanges
We only offer Free returns/exchanges for U.S. orders.
